Krabi is one of the 75 provinces of Thailand, located in the south of the country on the shores of the Andaman Sea. The province itself is a wide coastal strip and an innumerable number of large and small islands.
The territories are occupied by tropical forests and karst formations (in limestone). The administrative center is the city of Krabi, located at the mouth of the Krabi River near numerous beaches.

The province is divided, in turn, into 8 districts. The province also includes the Phi Phi Islands, where the famous movie The Beach was filmed. Here limestone layers come to the surface, which, in combination with stormy vegetation covering them, they form various fantastic figures. Lonely cliffs, palm groves, white sand beaches, transparent sea and small islands nearby - everything breathes exotic.
